A few rules to follow
The general rules applying to spectators of La Vuelta 2026 will, of course, be in force, particularly the rule against running alongside the riders.
Access along the route is open to all, free of charge, and will also be managed by a system of barriers throughout the Principality.
Spectators will also be asked to follow the instructions given by staff managing the pedestrian crossings, priority always being given to those involved in the organisation of the event, including riders, official cars and escort motorbikes, as they pass through.
Finally, please note that the use of drones will be prohibited for safety reasons.
Area for persons with reduced mobility
Grandstands will be set up and reserved for persons with reduced mobility.
On Saturday 22 August, the day of the time trial, a grandstand accommodating 16 wheelchairs and their companions will be located along Boulevard Albert I, on the route. Access to the grandstand will be via Rue Caroline only. Accessible toilets will be available nearby.
Volunteers from the Monegasque Red Cross will be on hand.
On Sunday 23 August, a barrier-enclosed area near the start line, on Palace Square, will be available for wheelchair users. Volunteers from the Monegasque Red Cross will also be on hand.
